The Magnanimous End of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential Campaign

Senator Barack Obama received the most important endorsement of his presidential campaign from his archrival, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton when she conceded the highly coveted presidential nomination of the United States Democratic Party to him on Saturday June 7, 2008. Then she called on her estimated 18 million voters and donors to support and vote for him in the 2008 U.S. Presidential election in November. “I endorse him and throw my full support behind him, and I ask of you to join me in working as hard for Barack Obama as you have for me," Senator Hillary Clinton said. Hillary Clinton said this was not the kind of finale she had hoped for when she began her presidential campaign in 2007, but she certainly loved the company of the mammoth crowd of her enthusiastic supporters and well-wishers who thronged the National Building Museum in Washington D.C, .to witness the suspension of her historic presidential campaign. She has proved that she is a formidable presidential ca...

Barack Obama Exposed 2

OBAMA'S LIMO SEX & DRUG PARTY By larrysinclair0926 Mr. Obama has continued to lie about his past in regards to his use and sale of drugs and his sex with a gay male in 1999. Views: 549,086 Barack Obama's Stole Content From Jesse Jackson's Website By mmille732003 . I feel sad rather than offended that Barack Obama did not show up at the State of the Black Union Address. I am happy that Hillary did, votes or no votes. It shows the continuing respect that Hillary Clinton has for the African-American community. Barack Obama is so busy to meet with the people who are voting their hearts out for him. Jesse Jackson would not have behaved in such fashion. African Americans need to examine Barack closely and I fear that is one of the reasons that he is not keen to get too close to blacks because they will discover some truths and realise 'that all that glitters is not gold' where Barack is concerned. African-Americans, and it seems like the whole of America is seeing Ba...

BEING BLACK IS NOT ENOUGH:How is Barack Obama an African American?

Image
Barack Obama at a political campaign rally . BEING BLACK IS NOT ENOUGH The fundamental existence of the African American is defined by the African American experience. You cannot be an African American without an African American experience. Being black and with an American citizenship is not enough. How can a biracial citizen of America who was never raised as an African American and does not have the natural African American experience suddenly be an African American? What if Barack Obama's White mother raised him up in Indonesia and he became an Indonesian citizen before returning to the US, and later became an American citizen? We have Nigerian Americans, South African Americans and so forth, who were born and bred in the US, but they are not African Americans. If you were born to an African father and a White American mother, but your African father is not an American citizen, you are first and foremost an African and not an African American. If you were born by an African...

American Presidential Candidates: Who Is Breaking Which Ceiling?

American Presidential Candidates: Who is breaking which ceiling? "I stand before you today as a candidate for the Democratic nomination for the Presidency of the United States. I am not the candidate of black America, although I am black and proud. I am not the candidate of the women's movement of this country, although I am a woman, and I am equally proud of that. I am not the candidate of any political bosses or special interests. I am the candidate of the people." ~Shirley St. Hill Chisholm, on January 25, 1972, announcing her candidacy for President of the United States of America. Beyond Skin Deep Presidential Egos Versus Feminist Presidential Eros After the Iowa Caucuses, the psyche of frontrunners in the American presidential campaign became transparent. I analyzed the victory speeches of Senator Barack Obama of the Democratic Party and Mike Huckabee of the Republican Party. I am more interested in the sensibilities of the Democrats. I have been hearing echoes of f...
