Before Noon EST (17:00 UTC) Tuesday, January 20, 2009

Before Noon EST (17:00 UTC ) Tuesday , January 20 , 2009 A fictional account of factual people, places and occurrences on the American presidential election in 2008. The titanic contest between Senators Barack Obama and John McCain in the November 4 presidential election is making headlines all over the world. The majority of Americans have had enough of the Republicans madness in the eight years of the nightmarish maladministration of Dubya . How did the American son of an African from Kenya become the most sensational Democrat in the history of America? His picturesque contrast to Senator Hillary Clinton made all the difference. I believe that if Barack Obama contested the Democratic nomination with another American woman and not Hilllary Clinton, the story would have had a different ending today. He is what I call a political smart Alec or politically correct American politician from Chicago. He fished in the troubled waters of the Clintons and turned the sharks against the...

ENPR: Racial Divide Guarantees Obama Nomination

ENPR: Racial Divide Guarantees Obama Nomination by Robert Novak and Timothy P. Carney (more by this author) Posted 05/07/2008 ETUpdated 05/07/2008 ET Outlook In the wake of Sen. Hillary Clinton's dismal performance Tuesday, pressure will mount on her to get out of the Democratic presidential race against Sen. Barack Obama. She and her inner circle are determined to stay in, but since there is no way she can be nominated, don't be surprised if she gets out before the primaries end in June. Clinton needed a strong showing Tuesday in order to make a convincing pitch to super-delegates. Now her arguments to the super-delegates will go down two paths: a) The national polls that have shown Clinton running better than Obama against Sen. John McCain (though those surveys are sure to look different soon); or b) Clinton operative Harold Ickes is repeating his campaign's familiar refrain: We don't know enough about Obama, and Republicans will take dead aim against him in the gen...

"They are the first generation of young voters that could determine the next president, and they are using technology to do it in this Facebook Election," said Reader's Digest Washington Bureau Chief Carl M. Cannon. Millennials in unprecedented numbers are in search of an aspirational candidate who matches their commitment to giving back and they break heavily toward Barack Obama, says Cannon. Before You Hang President George W. Bush...

One of my favorite segments in Arianna Huffington's new book, "Right is Wrong" , is timed perfectly to the latest polling news: That George W. Bush has officially been crowned the most unpopular president in modern history, with a disapproval rating over 70%. So let's return to her take on the now-infamous Bill Kristol op-ed in The Washington Post last July in which he promised that Bush would end up a "winner." Arianna calls it "the single most deceptive story of the entire war." One wonders if it was actually written by Billy Crystal, not Bill Kristol. ~ Greg Mitchell in Arianna's New Book Cuts Kristol! President George W. Bush may be the most unpopular president in the modern history of America, but not in the world. The most unpopular president in the world today is President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, with a disapproval rating of over 80%. The former president of Nigeria, Chief "the thief" Olusegun Aremu Okikiola Matthew Obasan...

Only Hillary Clinton Can Beat John McCain

Image
Senator Hillary Clinton BILL CLINTON: I believe those are the three reasons you ought to be for her: She'd be the best for the veterans, she'd be the best commander in chief, and she would certainly be the best at managing this economy. And finally, according to the evidence today, she's also the most electable. She's running ahead of Senator McCain in Ohio; her opponent's running behind. She is ahead in Florida and Arkansas, a state that voted for me twice, 'cause I was the governor -- they sort of had to, I guess -- and voted for President Carter once. They haven't voted for another Democrat in 44 years. This week's survey in Arkansas: Senator McCain is leading Hillary's opponent by 16 points; Hillary's leading him by 15 points. So she can win this election. And, and, we need to change the direction of this country. But it won't be an easy race. John McCain is an...

On Barack Obama and the American Dream

You American supporters of Senator Barack Hussein Obama are the most naive, ignorant and unrealistic voters on planet earth. There is no way Barack Obama can win the presidential election without Hillary Clinton, but Hillary Clinton can win the presidential election without Barack Obama. The political uproar over Jeremiah Wright is enough reason for the GOP to turn all Republicans, Independents and other Americans against the election of Barack Obama. All they need to do is to keep on pressing play to repeat the video on YouTube, MySpace, and other mass media channels till November.Facts are facts.Facts do not lie.Barack Obama's speeches cannot delete the audio-video record of what his Spiritual Adviser for over 20 years said and this is the man Obama looks up to for guidance?Americans may be naive, but they are not fools. Senator John McCain is already behaving like the President-elect by going on tour of Iraq, meeting with Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Britain and looking ahead ...
