Corruption was never eradicated during Rawlings administration.
In fact it was at its peak as most of the people in his then Government became millionaires including Rawlings and his wife. Rawling and his wife built a Palace along one of Ghana's biggest rivers. (from his salary?)
Nigeria has seen self centred agitation for so-called fight for the common man which ended in a brutal war. NO, NO, please do not listen to such leaders who use the masses to gain position to enrich themselves.
What Nigeria needs is a revolution by the masses and not Military.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13689509.post-3679076439256656072008-02-01T09:22:00.000-08:002008-02-01T09:22:00.000-08:00Most Nigerians have accepted corruption as a way o...Most Nigerians have accepted corruption as a way of life and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and allied agencies cannot succeed in the prosecution of the war against corruption if the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP) continues to engage in corrupt practices.

I want the present government to be sacked.EKENYERENGOZI Michael Chimahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05034754267261591802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13689509.post-58602481633705602542008-02-01T09:07:00.000-08:002008-02-01T09:07:00.000-08:00You are correct. The only way forward for Nigeria ...You are correct. The only way forward for Nigeria is to purge the current leaders (and their seconds and thirds) and establish a strongman to build the infrastructure. Corruption will be met with execution. It is the only way because you must be brutal to get Nigerians in line. This is what I believe to be a fact.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
